In the heart of Cambodia’s vibrant capital, Phnom Penh, Norodom Business Tower is taking shape as a striking new architectural landmark, symbolizing the city’s urban growth and progress. This is one of the flagship projects currently being implemented by QDP – Quân Đạt & Partners, the leading façade contractor who responsible for delivering the façade system.

The architectural symbol in the land of Angkor

Located on Norodom Boulevard — a major artery through the city — Norodom Business Tower is a modern high-rise complex combining Grade A offices and a 5-star hotel. With 26 floors and a height of 122.3 meters, the project is not just a new commercial-tourism hub for Phnom Penh but also a standout feature in the dynamic urban landscape of Cambodia.

Cutting-edge façade solutions — QDP’s distinctive methodology

As the façade contractor, QDP is deploying a comprehensive Unitized Curtain Wall system, seamlessly blending flat and curved surfaces to create a refined, elegant architectural form. The façade features laminated insulating glass (33.52mm) with Low-E coating, providing outstanding sound insulation, thermal performance, and energy efficiency while enhancing the user experience inside.

Beyond the unitized façade system, QDP is also handling technical components such as sun-shading louvers and other exterior architectural elements — showcasing the company’s holistic capacity as a leading international façade contractor.
